This package is for property owners who are actively managing their property but may need a break from the 24/7 responsibility of being a host. Perhaps you need someone to answer the phone in the middle of the night or be on call so you can take that much needed out of pocket cruise. We will help keep your properties running smoothly while you rest or are managing from a distance.

Our support services are essential for active hosts, offering valuable support when you are away and providing boots-on-the-ground assistance within Colorado Springs.

Set-Up Plus

This is the perfect plan for someone that may already have a furnished place or has started the process of setting up their home but need that extra push to get it ready to list. This is an in-between service that may just be right for your situation. We will evaluate an already furnished space, determine what else the property needs and get it guest ready.
